At Cueřo, we strive to provide the highest quality leather footwear that meets our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The footwear must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. The footwear must not have been worn or altered in any way.
3. The exchange request must be made within [7 days] of the original purchase date.
4. The customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Options

Customers may exchange their footwear for:

1. A different size or color of the same style.
2. A different style of equal or lesser value.
3. Store credit towards a future purchase/Refund

Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

3. Return the footwear to our return address, along with all original tags and packaging.

Store Credit

Wipe the soles clean with a damp pale cloth. Avoid using soap or chemical cleaning products on any part of your shoes. Do not machine wash. To store, insert shoe trees or stuff them with paper and place in separate cotton pouches.
